Recently we had the opportunity to go to bear lake with the Milner clan. Probably one of the best trips we have done together! It seriously was so much fun-even if it did rain half the time we were there. This day we went to the beach and it was so cold but the kids had a ton of fun looking for shells on the beach with chow.

My kids have a great imagination. Like most little boys he likes to play super hero. He has a black cape and he "rescues me" and "protects" me from all the villans. Today he recruited a new side kick and gave her a cool super hero name. Charmaine loves to play the doctor and so he put a frog towel on her head and called her "super froggy doctor". She runs around listening to everyones heart "beeps" and fights off all the bad guys. I feel so safe around these little super heros.

Arizona and a new ipod

So I know I said I would post more blogs and that lasted one whole day. Well I have some excuses. Joe and I went to arizona to hang out with some friends and catch an oilers game. We had so much fun and of was really great of susan and and richard to have us down.
So many things made the trip great. I remember why I love susan, she is such a blast to be around. The oilers won 3-1. And on the way home Joe bought me an ipod touch! It was great just to spend so much one on one time with joe. I made him play the question game and be was a good sport to play it. If your marriage can survive a 12hour car ride it can survive anything.

To blog or not to blog

I really dont think I blog enough. I see all these other really cute blogs- where people blog everyday and I think i wanna do that. I wanna blog more. Who cares if anyone actually ever reads it right? But then I realize my problem. Do I even have anything to write about? How boring is my life? Really though its not that boring. I have 4 kids who really keep me moving. Between dirty dishes, laundry homework, breakfast, lunch dinner, piano, and work (yes i work too).
But even with all these things I just dont have anything to write about other than the cute little things my kdis do on a daily basis:
1. Charmaine has started calling me Princess Mommy. I love it. It makes my hear melt
2. Baby Joe has started climing on EVERY thing including the kitchen table. The other day I heard him screaming so I walk upstairs and he was on top the piano! It was so funny I almost fell over laughing!
3. Dallin is such a sweetie, he is always reminding me how beautiful he thinks I am. Its the best thing in the world to wake up to him.(when he's in a good mood)
4. Aaliyah is really growing up. She likes to come home and tell me all about the drama she has with her friends at school. Ah-highschool is going to be fun.

So that is just a few little things going on with the milner kids right now. Who knows if I really will start blogging every day. Right now its a goal. Who knows about tommorow.

9 years ago today Joe and I started our eternal journey together. We were sealed in the temple. We don't normally celebrate it, usually just recognize it and move on with our day. This year is no different, with our busy lives and 4 kids to boot its not easy to do much of anything. But I wanted to just write a little something about how much I love him and am great full than he choose me to be his eternal companion. He is a hard working, man full of integrity and compassion. He pushes me to be a better person every day and I am so great full for him. I know he feels the same way about me, he tells me every day. I love our family and I am so glad we will be together forever.
